Volunteering
Club Members perform a range of different volunteering activities in the local community.
These range from the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) for 16 to 18 year olds, to litter picking and taking teams to the annual Disability Games in Hull.
Disability Games
The Rotary District Disability Games, held in April at Hymers College, Hull is a very special event. Many of our team are regular competitors, and all eagerly anticipate the event. They compete in archery, rifle shooting ,weightlifting, boccia, darts, kurling and snooker and many proudly return home with trophies. Two of our successful competitors are shown receiving their trophies.
