LINA RAZIQI CHOSEN FOR THE PETER JONES AWARD AT HEATHFIELD SCHOOL

This year's award of the Peter Jones shield at Heathfield primary school has been awarded to Year 6 pupil, Lina Raziqi. The award, which is presented for her enthusiastic commitment to the school, was made at the leavers' assembly at the school on 11th July. Well done Lina!
The photographs show Lina as well as Kath Foster (the Rotary club liaison with the school) and Head Teacher, Mr Mark Thornley.

Today, we welcome our new club president, Ray Jefferson. Ray was the club’s first president way back in 1992/3 and it is good that he has returned to this position to guide the club through the next twelve months.
