Fraser Morrison on Whisky: past, present and future

Last week we had a very interesting talk by Fraser Morrison on Scotch Whisky. It went through the past, present and future of the water of life. Hugely varied and informative, with even a chance of a small tasting at the end. A great talk from someone with intimate knowledge of the industry and its importance to Perth and beyond. If you get a chance to hear him speak, I recommend it.
