Münster visit - 11-14th May 2023
Dear Ainsty Rotarians, As you know, a group of 15 Münster Rotarians and spouses will be visiting us this year in early May. Most of them will be staying in the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, (what was The Viking Hotel ) on North Street in the centre of town. 4 will be hosted in RYA members homes.
A variety of different events are planned for their visit and we do hope that you will come along and join in some, if not all of the activities. The money set aside for the visit pays for the cost of our German visitors so any RYA member attending will need to pay for themselves – as has always been the case in the past.
We are asking you to indicate which events you will be able to support. We will pay the bills up front and then forward you an invoice after the visit for the events you have attended.
· Please note that on this occasion, for RYA members only, we will offer a reduced price meal at either Hazlewood Castle or Aldwark Manor for £15.

PLEASE WILL YOU COMPLETE AND RETURN THIS FORM TO ME BY FRIDAY 24TH MARCH SO THAT WE CAN FINALISE ARRANGEMENTS
We look forward very much to a weekend where we can enjoy true International Rotary fellowship and friendship between our two Clubs.
In the past these visits have always been very enjoyable occasions and real friendships have developed between the two clubs. We look forward very much to renewing our ties after a 5 year period and we do hope that you will be involved over the weekend.
Thank you.
