Arrange a Jubilee Afternoon Tea for the elderly.
Vice President Ron Monaghan called into the Blackfell Community rooms and met up with Samantha, along with representatives from Age UK. They discussed exciting future plans for the venue in the coming months.
Ron presented Samantha with a contribution towards the funding of an afternoon tea which they will be hosting in honour of the Queen’s Jubilee on Sunday 5 June 2022. The tea is being organised so that the elderly residents surrounding the centre can also enjoy the festivities and celebration of the jubilee.
Ron has been invited to attend and will not miss this opportunity to enjoy the delicious cake. We wish all the organisers the best of luck with the arrangements this wonderful event!
