Weekly meeting at The Holiday Inn

Our guest speaker this evening was Alex Mason, Community Resuscitation Officer with the North East Ambulance Service. As part of our on-going plans to provide community defibrillators within Washington, Alex came along to explain more about the policies and procedures adopted by NEAS with regards to AEDs along with the practical aspects of their use and training/familiarisation courses on offer. We hope to have 3 defibrillators installed by the end of February before moving on to the next phase of the project.
