The Rotary North East 'Handover Luncheon' was held in The Fountain Room at Ramside Hall Hotel, Durham, when Immediate Past District Governor Peter Chandler handed over the chain of office to Rotarian Len Burns of the Rotary Club of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
Our new President Dr Mathew Thomas and his wife Mol were welcomed by DG Len during this relaxed and informal event - a change this year from the normal black-tie formal evening function.
