Club 25th Anniversary Meeting

Presidents and Presidents-Elect, representing six local Rotary Clubs attended the meeting of the Rotary Club of Washington Forge to mark the month of the 25th Anniversary of the award of our Charter. During the evening, District Governor Terry Long presented certificates for Rotarians Alan Haynes, John Pittilla and David Robinson who were all founder members. President Dave Neville accepted a 25 years certificate from Rotary International on behalf of the Club. Past Presidents Tony Parlett and Philip Hopps spoke about the early days of Washington Forge and gave an overview of what the Club has been involved in during 25 years of Rotary Service. An enjoyable and informal evening with much reminiscing.
