2025 Santa Run

A huge thank you from Brit Valley to everyone who took part in this year’s Santa Run!

Thank You.

.

This year, Santa once again took to the roads to visit Bridport and the surrounding villages, bringing festive cheer to as many families as possible. Despite challenging weather conditions — with persistent rain making the journey more difficult — Santa tried his very best to visit everybody along the route.

Throughout the tour, Santa and his elves had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful children and families, enjoying some truly memorable conversations that captured the spirit of Christmas. The enthusiasm and kindness shown by the community made every stop worthwhile, even on the wettest of evenings.

We are delighted to report that this year’s collections exceeded last year’s total. Thanks to the generosity of those who visited Santa’s float, an impressive £4,300 was raised. These funds will go towards supporting local good causes across Bridport and Local villages in the coming year.

Brit Valley Rotary would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to visit Santa during his tour. A special thank you also goes to Santa’s elves, who turned out every night and worked tirelessly to make the visits possible.

Burton Bradstock Cars - Vehicle Sales and Service for loaning Santa the great tow vehicle, all sign- written and ready to go.

On behalf of everyone involved, we wish you all a very happy Christmas and a joyful New Year.
