Another Successful Year with Mock Interviews
Brit Valley Rotarians allowed year 10 students from Beaminster School to benefit from a half-hour practice interview.
Interviewees get the chance to identify strengths and weaknesses. Interview feedback forms are provided to give specific advice such as “ speak louder”, “concentrate more”, “fidget less”, “make more eye contact”, “ give more information” etc.
This year marks our ninth year conducting practice interviews, with a total of 1,000 students so far.

Practice Interviews for young people
more Practice Interviews for young people. Club members interviewed pupils from Beaminster School as an introduction to the worlds of further education and work. The students said they found the experience very helpful and they had been nervous in advance.
