27/11/25-SGM and Business Meeting

The SGM wa quickly dispatched with notable actions of Dave John proposed and Accepted as President elect, although a President Nominee was still needed. Duncan is standing down as Secretary with Gordontaking on the post. Steve C is willing to continue until the AGM, but would like a volunteer to work alongside him (AF, BB?)

The Business meeting started with a review of the Maestros’ event, profits and concerns of the Arena operation.  The upcoming Frog Race was mentioned and the need for Race sponsors (9 at £40). The Memory Café had another great celebration with record 50 attending.  The committee reports followed through fairly seamlessly, and the meeting closed about 8.25pm.       AR

Home Page update

I have tried to update the home page to replace information about our club, which was recently lost. I have taken the details from David E's postcard about our Club, but I have had some difficulties with getting the spacing correct, if anyone can help please let me know. Allen
