The 4th and last day was full of "excitement" but also happiness with the delivery of the Ambulance to our Ukrainian friends
Sunday 11th October
Hand-over.
The Two Davids had a tricky time crossing the Polish/Ukraine boarder which took several hours in the early morning. The had planned to arrive at the hand-over place by 7.30 UK time.
When the finally got through their ETA was 45. minutes late. some Rotary Becket members had got up early to view the live streamed an-over on Zoom.
We re-sheduled for 8.15 but David Smith then hear from the Ukrainians coming to collect the ambulance that they had broken down and had to get a relief vehicle! The hand-over was delayed until 9.30 BST.
It was great to see the handover and our Ukraine Friends who were very grateful View by clicking on the YouTube LINK
