Our annual Quiz Night took place on October 4th at the Lutterworth Bowls Club on Hall Lane where teams of 6 competed with each other for the coveted trophy (plus six bottles of wine). The questions were tough this year, but with a supper break half way through the evening provided by Inner Wheel, minds were cleared and energy levels restored, with the evening finishing with a clear winner: The Saga Louts representing the Lutterworth u3a.
The event was organised by our Internation Committee who decided the proceeds should go to Shelterbox, an international disaster relief charity. We would like to thank all the teams that took part and helped make the evening a success.
