Paul Harris Fellowships Awarded at the Twentieth Anniversary of Twinning with The Rotary Club of St Brieuc Grande Large
At the celebration evening, held at The Grange on 29 OCtober 2011, Andre Bouet, President of the Rotary Club of St.Brieuc Grande Large and Andy Kirk, President of the Rotary Club of Helston-Lizard presented Rotarian Brian Portch and Rotarian Rodd Smith with Paul Harris Fellowship Awards in recognition of their services in promoting and supporting the twinning between the two Clubs.
