Jubilee Party on 2 June at incoming President Iain and Marjory Smith's
The Jubilee was celebrated at incoming President Iain and Marjory Smith's house on Saturday 2 June. Everyone had brought along different dishes for the party and enjoyed an afternoon sitting, chatting and relaxing.
Most guests were suitably attired in red, white and blue though special mention must be made of Alasdair Mackie's hat and Glen Montgomery's socks, pictured below!
Apart from the chilly weather, the biggest upset of the afternoon was when Secretary Graham managed to drop a plate containing Vi Robb's excellent Mississippi Mud Pie. He will not be allowed to forget that in a hurry! Talk about eating humble pie!!!. (and the pie was delicious, by the way!)
