The Annual Higham Sparkle and Christmas lights switch on takes place on 19th November. We will be manning a stall selling mulled wine, as well as Christmas themed books and jigsaws. In addition there wil be a toilet where you can "spend a penny." This is a way of raising funds to supply a toilet (or a block of toilets) to a deprived area of the world. Just throw your spare change into the toilet.
