A talk from a Northampton charity called C2C


C2C support any individual at any stage of the Criminal Justice System by inspiring and motivating them to take personal responsibility for their behaviour, in order to reduce re-offending.


Their services are based in Northamptonshire and are accessible to young people, men and women at any stage in the criminal justice system.

C2C run the Northampton Women’s Centre where women can meet in a safe space to receive support, meet others and attend gender specific groups.

Currently they offer:
Support around community orders for probation
Twice weekly women’s support groups
Pamper sessions inc hair, nails and makeup
Clothing bank
A language café
Gender specific trauma informed support courses
Women’s empowerment groups
Prison visiting
Accommodation for both men and women – separate houses
Youth groups

Eligibility criteria: Anyone in or around the criminal justice system
All vulnerable women
Young people


C2C provide a service to people regardless of faith, or none, and regardless of their crimes, age, ethnic or cultural background, gender, sexuality or disability.
