ROTARY CLUB OF KINVER - UKRAINE RELIEF EFFORT- STREET COLLECTION SATURDAY 19TH MARCH 2022- KINVER HIGH ST SCO270
Members of the Rotary Club of Kinver spent a fine Saturday morning in Kinver High St, collecting for the Ukraine Refugee Appeal.
Thanks to the generosity of the public, we are pleased to say that in just 4 hours we accumulated donations totalling £681.36.(with gift aid a total of £851) These monies will be sent to the Rotary Foundation of the United Kingdom's (RFUK) Disaster Response Fund to support the Ukraine Refugee Appeal.
With the club currently looking to recruit new members Club President Dave Goring said this was a great way of promoting the club and showing locals just one of the many aspects of what rotary does in the community. On behalf of the club, Dave thanked the public for their and support.
