We have, as a Club, organised a range of meetings aiming to achieve a balance between social events, speaker evenings, outside visists and attending other Club's meetings.
This wide range of meeting type is designed to keep the Club fresh, provide opportunities to invite guests and to provide a more interesting experience for potential new Members.
Another role of the Committee is to support the Club President by organising special events such as Presidents Day. In 2017, our normal format had to change and we held a fund raising evening for MacMillan Cancer Care when a cheque for £3,500 was presented in recognition of the passing of our President.
