Oxted Boot Fair

• The Oxted Boot Fair on Master Park can take up to a maximum of 250 pitches.  This is your opportunity to have a good clear-out at home and have some fun, while earning some money and supporting good causes. 
• CHANGE FOR 2026 - PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL VEHICLES WILL SELL FROM THE SIDE.  
• CHANGE FOR 2026 - A SECOND PITCH MUST BE BOOKED IF SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR  A TRAILER.
• The fees on the day are £20.00 per pitch for cars and small vans or £30.00 per pitch for large vans - payable on arrival (discounted rates of £15.00 / £25.00 apply for pre-paid pitches - NOTE that discounted rates only apply to pre-paid pitches, if payment is not received by Saturday 13 June then the full rate will apply, even if you complete and submit the entry form).  

Notes and Conditions of Entry

• We are unable to reserve specific pitch locations on the day.  You will be allocated the next available pitch when you arrive.  If you wish to have a pitch next to a friend or family member, please make sure that you are immediately behind each other in the queue to enter the Park.
• The only vehicles permitted in the sellers' area of Master Park are those that have paid a pitch fee, friends carrying goods for sale on behalf of pitch holders will be directed to the buyers' parking area.
• We cannot be held liable for any damage, injury or loss that you may incur to yourself, members of your party, your vehicle or your possessions.
• Please complete your pre-registration by paying the Pitch Fee of £15.00 per pitch for cars and small vans or £25.00 per pitch for large vans.   You can pay online as part of the booking process.  Alternatively you may send a cheque payable to the Rotary Club of Titsey & District to Oxted Boot Fair c/o 61 Park Road, Oxted RH8 0AN. (Please write your name on the back of the cheque.)  If you do not pre-pay then the fees on the day are £20.00 per pitch for cars and small vans or £30.00 per pitch for large vans.
• Dogs are welcome in the park, so long as they are on a leash at all times (and there are poo bins in the park).
• All our marshals are volunteers who give their time freely.  Please treat them with respect.
• Any Covid-19 guidelines in effect at the time of the event must be followed.

Payment Methods

• Payment by credit card can be made online as part of the booking process (payment will show on your statement as charged by Stripe).
• If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please make it out to the Rotary Club of Titsey & District, write your name on the back, and take/send it to Oxted Boot Fair c/o 61 Park Road, Oxted RH8 0AN. 

FAQs

• What time should I arrive?  The event will open from 8.30am. Sellers will receive more detailed instructions regarding timings and queuing arrangements a few days before the event.  THESE WILL BE COMPLETELY NEW FOR 2026.
• What time does it finish?  After everybody leaves, usually not much later than 2.00pm.
• Can I leave earlier if I have sold everything?     Yes – but please tell a marshal you are leaving and get him/her to direct you out.  BE VERY CAREFUL – there are lots of children around. Use hazard warning lights.
• What if it rains?  It won't rain (but bring wellies and an umbrella, just in case).
• Is food available?  Yes – there will be a refreshment marquee with hot-dogs, burgers (inc veggies), and hot and cold drinks provided by Oxted Explorers who will be raising funds for equipment and activities.
• Can I sell food?    No – only the official food provider is allowed to sell food for consumption on site.          
• Will there be toilets on the Park?  Yes.
• Can I get a discount for two pitches?  Only if you can park two vehicles one on top of the other!
• As well as my car/van can I bring a trailer?  Yes, but you must book and pay for a second pitch for the trailer.
• Can I sell electrical items?   Yes - but they must be safe, comply with essential safety requirements and be fitted with BS Approved plugs with sheathed pins.
