06/09 Welcome Back - Ikast Visit
Ikast Rc visits Westhill
Our Rotarian friends visited us again this weekend, renewing old acquaintances and making new friends. While some Ikast Rotarians chose to stay at the Holiday Inn Westhill, the club is very appreciative of the hosting provided by John & Fiona Glascodine, President Jim & Jane Arbuckle, John & Fiona Fraser, Alistair & Aileen Masson, Kendal & Val Milne and Cliff & Margaret Eastmond.
On arrival on Friday our Club hosted members and visitors in the Starlight Lounge at the Beach Ballroom where we enjoyed good food and fellowship, a touch of Scottish Country Dancing and an entertaining operetta from the gloved puppet ensemble. Tim Baillie Commemorative Feature
more Tim officially unveiled the feature on Mon 21st October. President Jim Arbuckle asked Tim to unveil the feature ( see photo gallery ) in appreciation of his Olympic success in London 2012.
08/08 Westhill Pennyfarthing Club
more Westhill Rotarians get fit....cycling for the "oldies".....weekly trips out on the bike usually to the old railway cycle tracks. No rainy day outings included. If you want to join in get a bike and give us a phone. All Westhill Rotarians welcome!!!
