The new project association is a charity providing free performing arts activity to enhance creative and culture experiences for children and young people. They passionate. about seeking opportunities for children and young people to develop resilience, confidence, ambition, and a sense of adventure that will prepare them for life.
The team of project leaders include qualified teachers and performing arts practitioners currently teaching in primary and secondary schools and children's stage schools and creative industry professionals. All bring experience of working with children and young people.
They focus on children from the age of 4 to 18 and have already run a 15 week project in September this year at Brighton Hill Community School which was a great success.
They are now planning a “show in a day” interactive event for up to 50 children age between seven and 15 during during the summer holidays next year (August 2025). This will take place in Brighton Hill Community School so that they can offer the event free to children who rarely access performing arts during out of school hours.
