Rotary Club Business Meeting

We have our monthly business meeting at 12 noon when we discuss Club business and Projects as well as holding the Special General Meeting of the Club. At 1pm those who are able to stay will enjoy a time of fellowship over lunch.

2. Minutes of the 2023-4 Special General Meeting (SGM) held on FRIDAY 8th DECEMBER 2023

3. Matters arising from the above Minutes.

4. Annual Accounts for the Club for the year ending 30 June 2024

5. Election of Officers for 2025-6

6. Election of RIBI Voting Delegates to attend RIBI Conference

7. Any Other Business.

Any nominations or volunteers for office should be given to the Club Secretary
