Rotary Club Meeting on Skype

The Standard RGBI Club Bylaws state that, "The Annual General Meeting of the Club (AGM), of which at least fourteen days’ written notice shall have been given to all members (other than honorary members), shall be held where possible between 1st April and 31st May. It has been agreed that we will hold the 2020-21 AGM of our Club on 14th May 2021 The purposes of the AGM are:

1. Receiving annual reports from the council and committees of the club for the current Rotary year.
2. Receiving the treasurer’s report and proposed budget and determining the entrance fee for the ensuing Rotary year.
3. Electing any honorary members.  
4. Electing the ordinary members of the council.
5. Confirming the appointment of, or selecting, the Chairmen of committees.
6. Appointing a person or persons to examine the club’s annual accounts.
7. Electing one representative (and substitute) of the club on the district council, and one additional representative (and substitute) for every 25 or major fraction thereof of its active members. (Should any of the elected representatives be unable to attend a meeting of the district council, the president may appoint further substitute representatives, whose names shall be communicated to the secretary of the district council in writing before the commencement of that meeting). 

The Minutes of the previous Annual and Special General Meetings and the Proposed Budget will be published on the members area of the Club website befor the meeting.
