Centenary Dinner and Birthday Party

We celebrated the 100th anniversary of the formation of our Club with a dinner at the Marriott Gosforth Park Hotel.


The Dinner to celebrate our Centenary was held on Saturday 26th September 2015 in the Marriott Gosforth Park Hotel, starting at 6.15pm with a Reception followed by Dinner at 7pm. This was a black tie affair with Rotary Insignia & Decorations to be worn. It was a light hearted occasion with speeches kept to a minimum. Guests include Peter Offer representing Rotary International and Rotary in Great Britain and Ireland and District  Governor Terry Long. The main speaker was Revd Glynn Evans from St Andrew`s Parish Church in Newcastle. Entertainment followed the dinner and speeches.
