Saltram Rotary raised £8,000 to help fund the construction of a water borehole & associated storage & distribution system for the charity Widows & Orphans in Rural Kenya. The money was raised though various local events, a craft show & individual donations.
Recently the club donated £800 which has been used to furnish a dormitory for displaced women. See photo

TSeveral Saltram Rotary members continue to support the charity on a monthly basis.
