The Lawford 10k Run is a new event for the running diary on Sunday 9th August at Lawford Playing Field.

The Lawford 10k run, walk jog is part of Manningtree Rotaries charity Summer fun Festival at Lawford Playing Field in association with Lawford Fotball Club.
The event is open to Runners, Walkers or Joggers and we even welcome dogs.
YOUR CHALLENGE YOUR WAY!
Runners will be chip timed and a bag facility will be available. The route has regular water stations and yellow direction signs.
All participants will recieve a medal.
As well as the 10k run there will also be a childrens fun run around the Playing field as part of the fun day
Runners and walkers registration will be from 8.30am and the race starts at 10am.
There will be stalls and rides throughout the day until 6pm with lots of activities for families to take part in.
The event is a charity fundraiser organised by Manningtree Rotary with all profits going to the Local charities and International causes we support throughout the year. Charity No: 1019980
