The Mayflower 10k & 5k run, walk jog is part of Manningtree Rotaries charity fun day at Furze Hill, Mistley in association with Mistley Rugby Club.
The event is open to Runners, Walkers or Joggers and we even welcome dogs.
YOUR CHALLENGE YOUR WAY!
Runners will be chip timed and a bag facility will be available. The route has regular water stations and yellow direction signs. All Race entrants will receive a medal.
As well as the 10k and 5k runs there will also be a childrens Old Knobbly fun run around the woods at Furze Hill.
Runners and walkers registration will be from 8.30am and the race starts at 10am.
There will be stalls and rides throughout the day until 6pm with lots of activities for families to take part in.

The event is a charity fundraiser organised by Manningtree Rotary with all profits going to the Local charities and International causes we support throughout the year. Charity No: 1019980
