Planting at Langtons of a red oak tree
Last Thursday Gerry Harrington - President of the Rotary Club of Hornchurch & Upminster completed the planting at Langtons of a red oak tree presented to the Borough by the Club to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Langtons is a Georgian grade II listed building and the extensive grounds are very beautiful with a lake and many fine trees. Sadly, even many local residents are unaware of its existence. The entrance is in
