Last Thursday Gerry Harrington - President of the Rotary Club of Hornchurch & Upminster completed the planting at Langtons of a red oak tree presented to the Borough by the Club to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

 

Langtons is a Georgian grade II listed building and the extensive grounds are very beautiful with a lake and many fine trees. Sadly, even many local residents are unaware of its existence. The entrance is in Billet Lane opposite the car park for the Queen

The enjoyment of a meal shared by all is an important aspect of the Rotary meetings. Our venue provides a meeting menu but other options are available on request to cater for individual needs.
