Rotarian Christine Beedle (MBE) is a member of the of Rotary Club of Colchester who came to talk to us about her business life and in particular the building of her cleaning company, which grew from humble beginnings in to a thriving business empire.
Christine is also the author of, ‘The Essex Scrubber’ (keeping it clean) whichis loosely based on her real life experiences and is filled with fun, drama, passion and fascinating characters.
The Essex Scrubber is the nickname she acquired for reasons that will become obvious if you were to read what is described as more a novel than a normal autobiography.
Christine was delightful and her talk was very much enjoyed by everyone, I’m now very much looking forward to reading her book.
