Members are asked to bring along:
Tinned fish
Tinned meats such as ham, corned beef, spam etc.
Pasta sauce jars
Tinned vegetables
Washing up liquid
Washing powder
Toothbrushes (single packets)
Deodorants male and female
Sanitary products tampons and towels
Shampoo
Size 6 & 7 nappies
