Rotary Young Musician

Winning Vocalist!

The Rotary Young Musician competition is organised annually by Rotary Clubs across Britain and Ireland, to encourage and support young performers, and provides a show case for some of the best vocalists and intrumentalists under 18. Blairgowrie & District Rotary has been taking part since 2025, with our local heat being held in Blairgowrie High School with the support of Emma Harvey, Principal Teacher of performimg Arts. Winners of local heats go on to District and Regional Finals, and ultimately the UK final.

In 2026  BHS pupil Dylan Wallace from Alyth was the Scottish Regional Vocalist Champion, and we wish him all the best for the UK final in April
