(At the Chelmsford Rugby Club.) Our usual monthly meeting - delayed by a week.

We approved the minutes of the last business meeting. Today we were without some of the usual reports as both the District Governor, Anne Moriaty, and our Treasurer, Bob Booker, were away. However, we were updated on some of our regular autumn and winter projects, including the Purple Crocus Project in support of End Polio Now, our Autumn Jumble Sale, the proposed Visit to the Pantomime foar senior guests and Rotary Young Musician. Plans for these are all going well. Plans for a Santa’s Grotto and participation in the Writtle Christmas Tree competition are still to be sorted out.

President Francis has only just circulated the Club questionnaire to discover members’ preferred pattern for future meetings. Pending receipt and analysis of the replies, venues will be booked for January - March 2025 meetings in accordance with our current pattern.
