We receive reports on the Rotary year to date.

For example, in the end we had been able to go ahead with Santa’s Grotto, the Christmas collections and the Senior Guests’ Panto Trip. We had sponsored the new Rotary Club of Danbury and Villages continued our donations to Chelmsford Community Transport

In view of a projected increase of £3 in the annual subscription to RIBI, the Club accepted the Club Council’s recommendation that the annual subscription for Club members should be increased by £4 to £140. The subscription for corporate members will increase by the same amount. The Secretary reported that we had four Honorary Members.

The Committee reports on their activities for the year were presented. It may be appropriate to merge some Committees next year.
