From Allander Rotary members
In person in Tesco Milngavie foyer between 1st and 6th December when we will be selling them. Exact times will be published on our social media and on here when the details are finalised.
Draw will be made on Monday 15th December. 6 tickets will be drawn. First out will be the winner with 5 reserve tickets in case of no claimant. Holders of drawn tickets need to claim by midnight on Sunday 21st December. Highest claimed ticket wins the hamper contents by emailing allanderrotary@outlook.com. Note that last year only 3 of the 6 tickets were claimed and it was the first reserve that won.

more Around a year ago we invited Changing Lives Malawi to talk to us about their work. Its a small charity doing work in the north of Malawi, an area where few charities work. We decided we would look at ways to support them.
Fire Walk
more Fire Walk arranged by Allander Rotary to enable local organisations and charities to raise funds through something a bit different. Over £8,700 has been raised by the participants. We are really pleased with the outcome.

more The hamper was won by our reserve ticket holder, Tracey from Milngavie, who was presented with it from our Secretary Ian Mills. £600 has been given to the foodbank. Details below.

more Thanks to anyone who donated coats to the collection by Rotary West of Scotland. 300 were collected in East Dunbartonshire and have been/are locally distributed by EDC and local charities to those that need them.
Santa Race and more
more Our online races are back. As well as Santa and Snowmen races this year we also have Elfs and Huskies pulling sledges. Donate to charity and have some fun with family, friends or workmates. £5 for 2 races of your choice. £1 or £2 more gets extra races.
On Line Auction for Charity
more On line auction running through November, closing on 30th November. Lots worth £4 to £700+. Lots will be added through the month. Main beneficiaries are RNIB, MND Scotland and Mary's Meals.
Next Fund Raiser
more We will be launching our next fund raiser before the end of March. Keep an eye on this space and our social media pages for more news. It should be fun for everyone and you can get crafty and apply some science if you wish or be very simplistic.
Online Santa Races
more Online fun for Christmas 2020. Thanks to everyone who participated in the races. As a result of entries and donations we are pleased to say that a total of £312 has been raised for the charities that we were supporting.
