Fire Walk arranged by Allander Rotary to enable local organisations and charities to raise funds through something a bit different. Over £8,700 has been raised by the participants. We are really pleased with the outcome.

Our collections at Tesco on Friday 13th Oct gathered a total of 233 new pants and gently used bras for Smalls for All worth over £300 and the old UK and foreign currency donated has resulted in around £200 for charity.

Members visited Jurassic Parrr on 18th Sept for a fun day out as the first social event of our Rotary year. Somehow Ian managed to lose his ball down an unplanned hole. He wasn't the first as there were at least 3 balls inside the rock.

Esther Ersfold Mandujano a 4th year pupil at Douglas Academy won the Instrumental Prize at the District Final of Rotary Young Musician held in the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Unfortunately Esther was unsuccessful at the Regional Final.

The Firth o Clyde Rotary Trail (FoCRT) runs from the Mull of Galloway to Milngavie via Greenock and the Erskine Bridge. The route comprises the Mull of Galloway Trail, The Ayrshire Coastal Path and the Clyde Coastal Path.
