Love In A Box Christmas Shoebox Appeal
Volunteer roles availble October and November 2023:
Each year we support Teams4U with their Christmas Shoebox Appeal which provides boxes of gifts and essentials to children in poverty in Eastern Europe. Last year we collected 2838 shoeboxes from the Derby area and co-ordinated over 7000 shoeboxes in total from our HQ. Please see the link below to read about last year's campaign.

Pensioners Christmas Tea at St Alkmunds Church, Kedleston Road
Volunteer roles available 7th December 2023:
We provide an afternoon of refreshments and entrertainment for pensioners from local live at home schemes at St Alkmunds Church. We would welcome a couple of volunteers to support with refreshements particularly.

Charity Christmas Tree Sale at Royal Derby Hospital Staff Car Park
Volunteer roles available in December 2023: (dates to be confirmed)
Our hugely successful Christmas Tree Sale raises money for the Derby & Burton Hospitals Charity and other causes with all proceeds going to charity. This is a great team event so would be perfect for support from local businesses or from individuals.

Santa and Sleigh Charity Collections
Volunteer roles available from Monday 4th December 2023, Weekday evenings between 5.30pm and 7.30pm:
Our Santa and Sleigh routes around Chellaston, Mickleover and Littleover are great fun and bring a huge smile to the community. We will be raising money for two local children's charities.

moreFor World Earth Day we held a litter pick at Alvaston Park where we collected 16 bags of litter and recorded 1556 pieces of plastic with Kids Against Plastic.
