Friends of Cromford Canal

Presentation of Day-Glo jackets.

Rotary Amber Valley are pleased to be able to support the Friends of the Cromford Canal, presenting them with a complete new set of day-glo jackets. Presidents Marie and Glyn can be seen handing them over in the presence of their vice chairman, John Barker. The Friends are all involved in helping to restore this historic waterway. They have been undertaking work stretching from Langley Mill to Cromford, a distance of approximately 14 miles, for the last 20 years. The Friends are always looking for more support and further information can be found here https://www.cromfordcanal.org
