In October 2018, our Club marked World Polio Day by planting crocus bulbs. A few days later we planted with pupils at Long Knowle Infants School.

On 24th October, our Club marked World Polio Day by planting crocus bulbs in the school gardens of St Patrick’s RC Infants school in Wednesfield assisted by the pupils. Later that day more bulbs were planted in the gardens of Sainsbury’s store, Bentley Bridge as a thank you to Sainsbury’s who over many years have allowed our club members to collect charitable funds from their customers for 1 week prior to Christmas.

A few days later we planted more bulbs at Long Knowle Infants School and Head Teacher Karen Elliot along with pupils are seen in the three photographs
