The Rotary Club of Wellington’s Quiz Night.
“Monumental IQ” were worthy winners of Wellington Rotary Club’s Quiz Night held at the Beambridge Inn on Friday evening. Past President Mike Webb opened the evening by introducing Quizmaster Richard Williams (who also set the questions), and Miles Halliwell and Ray Razzell who acted as Adjudicators to ensure fair play. Seven teams of eight competed in this fun and friendly competition and at the final count there were only five points separating the first three places.
The Rotary Club would like to thank the Beambridge Inn for hosting this most enjoyable evening and serving a Chicken & Chips Supper at the half-way point of the quiz.
Almost £500 was raised for local charities.
