Gen2 Apprentices Competition

A celebration of Workington's illustrious industrial heritage.

The apprentices are tasked with constructing models depicting processes in traditional local industries like Steelmaking and Mining. Prizes of toolboxes worth up to £150 are awarded to the talented winners. Six judges have around 240 years of experience between them! We are grateful for sponsorships from Gen2, Hertel, and the Institute of Mechanical Engineers (West Cumbria).
