Workington Jobs Fair
We help organise an annual Jobs Fair in Workington with Inspira, the Job Centre, and Washington Square Town Centre management. Our members are able to assist with CV preparation and tips on interviewing skills. This is actually a revival of what the club did back in the 1970's. The event in 2017 resulted in 40 people being placed in jobs. It happened to be Rotary's 112th birthday, so it was only fitting that President Patricia baked cakes!
