Over 100 Hundred Years Old

 

Rotary is more than 105 years old. Since its humble beginnings in Chicago when four friends met, effectively forming the first Rotary club, it has grown into an international phenomenon with more than 1.2 million members across 200 countries.

 

  Rotary International in Great Britain and     Ireland (Rotary GB&I) was formed in 1914 when the  first club moved across the Atlantic.

 

 

The Rotary community continues to respond to the needs of an ever changing world, all the while retaining its strong founding principles of friendship and philanthropy.
