On Sunday morning members of Penrith Rotary Club planted 5000 purple crocus bulbs along the grass central reservation on Ullswater Road near the mini roundabout at Haweswater Road.
Rotary Clubs in Great Britain are planting purple crocus bulbs so they will be in flower for Rotary Day
