A very successful day with lots of stalls offering a variety of goods and entertianment as part of the Darwen 1940s day.
Rotary's stall had Bat a Rat and Needle in a Haystack plus the photobooth where people could use our props such as wiggs and hats then have their photo taken with dummies of Holywood film stars.
There was also a bucket collection towards the fund to repair Darwen Tower.
One of the highlights of the day was the flyover by the Spitfire, Hurricane and Lancaster of the the RAF Memorial Flight.
The day was well attended with thousands of people enjoying the weather and entertainment while supporting local good causes.
