Rotary Club of Oswestry Tree of Light 2012 is Raised

The Club sets up the 2012 Tree of Light in its new location in front of Sainsbury's store Oswestry
Memebers of our Club today turned up in force to put up the 2012 Tree of Light outside the Sainsbury's store ready for the Switching On ceremony the following day.
This is a new location and reaction so far has indicated that it could prove to be a better site to raise the profile of our fundraising for Charity over the festive season1

more The final total of the Oswestry Rotary Club Tree of Light has been announced and we are pleased to say that it is over £4,000!

more We are pleased that our local MP Owen Paterson will be with us tonight to switch on the Rotary Club of Oswestry's Christmas Tree of Light in St Oswald's Parish Churchyard. There will be carol singing before and after the event and a brass band too!
