NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given of the Special General Meeting on Monday  27^th November 2023

            (a)   To adopt the Club Accounts for 2022/23

            (b)   To confirm the President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer for 2024/25

There have been no nominations received for the positions of President and President Elect.

David Cheyne has agreed to continue as Treasurer for the forthcoming year.

Len Cantliffe has agreed to continue as Secretary for the forthcoming year.
