Fred is a visionary man living in a poor area in Uganda. He and his wife Harriet gave up good jobs and returned to their home village near Kalisizo (SW Uganda) to put something back into the community. His achievements are impressive - plus he has plans for a communal water supply and latrine to serve the village.
