Club Council
This is the Governing body responsible for the effective management of the club.
It consists of the club officers, (President, Immediate Past President, President Elect, President Nominee, Treasurer and Secretary) and elected members of the club. In addition committee chairmen are ex officio members.

District Council
more Dependent on the number of members a club has detirmines the number of voting delegates it may send to District Council meetings.
