Penzance Rotary 

is always on the lookout for new members 

Our club has a mix of men and women, working and retired, from a range of professions, businesses and community backgrounds.

New members bring new ideas and new skills to the club and help us to make small differences for those in need within our own community and in communities around the world.

So what do Rotarians do? - We utilise our skills, contacts and resources to devise initiatives that benefit communities. Our regular social meetings provide the opportunity to discuss local community needs and invite ideas for new projects or events. We work to combine the efforts of our members with the help of local people to tackle community needs here in Penwith and to support humanitarian efforts around the globe.

Collectively, as ordinary people, we can do extraordinary things.

Clubs organise weekly meetings to keep members informed about what is going on in the community, the country, and the world. Meetings provide an opportunity to listen to different speakers on a wide variety of current topics.

Travel opportunities
Every Rotarian is welcome - even encouraged - to attend any of the 33,000 clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical regions where Rotary operates. Membership creates an instant friendship wherever you are in the world. Many a Rotarian in need of a local doctor, lawyer, hotel, dentist, or other expertise while travelling has found assistance through Rotary.
